  • Last but not least!

    We're coming to the end of our Goddess Glow 3-parts training series, and I'd say that this last class has the most content than the other two.


    Which is why I need you to be really focused and give your 100% attention to this. Put your phone on flight mode and get into a quiet space for the next 10 minutes.


    In the first class, we've talked about the Ayurvedic Dosha principle to help you have more clarity on who you truly are and what makes you unique and different.


    Then in the second class, we've talked about Forgiveness Meditation as one of the tools to help you have more confidence and embrace your true self.


    And in this last class, we'll talk about the last C, which is COURAGE. AND the tools from Ayurveda that can help you become even more courageous to share your gift in this world, and create a life that you love!


    Lastly, from the deepest of my heart, I'd like to thank you for showing up and keep on growing and evolving!
